To accelerate technology development or build products there are no unnecessary layers of management. Decisions are made quickly, which combined with experience ensures competitiveness.
AOT’s normal business hours are 10 to 6pm. AOT allows employees to come early or stay late if needed.
The city of Albuquerque is known for its high quality of life. AOT is located on the east side of the city and minutes from trails and mountains.
Working at AOT has given me the experience I was first seeking as an intern and much more. As an intern at AOT, I’m involved in planning my tasks and have a voice when I have an opinion. I see projects progress from start to finish and that allows me to see the overall picture of the work that I’ve done. I work independently but know that I can count on my direct supervisor or other employees for help with anything that I might need.
